- Organizer
The competition is organized by the Daisler Association, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, at 11 Universității Street, registered under RO35678716.
- Eligibility
Participation is open to teams of two students, currently enrolled in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th year Bachelor or Masters at design, architecture, or landscape architecture programs in European Union universities. - Submission Ownership
By submitting a project to this competition, participants agree that all intellectual property rights related to the submitted drawings, plans, and designs are transferred to the Daisler Association. The organizer may reproduce, adapt, and exhibit the submissions without further compensation or notification. - Jury Decision
The jury’s decision is final and non-appealable. No correspondence or disputes regarding the selection process will be entertained. - Prize Conditions
The winning team will receive round-trip airfare Economy Class to Osaka, Japan, from an international airport located within the European Union. Round-trip cannot exceed 2.000 Euros/passenger.
- It is the responsibility of the winning team to travel to the nearest international European airport that offers a valid connection to Japan via an airline serving the country.
- The organizer does not cover transportation to/from this departure airport, nor provide per diem or daily allowances.
- If the winning team is unable to travel, the Daisler Association reserves the right to:
- Select another team
- Award the prize to an honorable mention
- Or withhold the prize entirely
- Rule Modifications
The organizer reserves the right to modify or update the competition rules or conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on the competition’s official communication channels. - Liability
The organizer assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged submissions. All participants are responsible for ensuring their entries arrive on time and in good condition. - Participation in the competition is detailed in the details section and in the competition brief. Please read every detail surrounding the participation.
